Tiger Feng Shui Paintings are revered as the sign that wards off the main disasters of a household; ghosts, fire and thieves. A Tiger Feng Shui painting is often hung on the wall inside the building facing the entrance, in this way the “demons” are scared away and cannot enter. Tiger Feng Shui is also associated with the God of Wealth (Tsai Shen Yeh), this god is often seen sitting on a tiger in Asian art.

Tiger Feng Shui is also used as the protector of decest ancestors. Tiger Feng Shui images are used as a mark of protection in graves assuring peace for those who have passed. To this day, images of tigers and dragons are often paired off on walls of temples.

According to Feng Shui experts, displaying a Tiger Feng Shui painting in any part of your home is auspicious. The Tiger Feng Shui effects can be maximized depending on where the Tiger Feng Shui Painting is placed.  For best effect, place your Tiger Feng Shui Painting in or close to an open space.

Do not place the Tiger Feng Shui Painting in lower-energy area, such as the bathroom, closet or garage. It is best to place the Tiger Feng Shui Painting at eye level. Placing the Tiger too high can cause an excessive level of energy in the room.  Placing the Tiger too low is a sign of disrespect and can decrease the effectiveness of Tiger Feng Shui.  The Tiger Feng Shui Painting is a very potent symbol therefore it is recommended to keep the number of Tigers in the home to 5 or less.
